Arynne is a very diligent and superb agent. Arynne helped me buy my first home in DC. She helped me navigate multiple and escalated offers (it was a seller’s market). She also has a great network of real estate professionals, including lenders, title companies, and inspectors. She connected me with a settlement company and a great lender (which offered me the best terms out of the 9 lenders I had applied to….I am one of those people who love to research 🙂 ). Arynne was great at offering solutions and workaround whenever we came across hurdles during the home buying process. She kept me well informed and communicated with me in a timely manner. She also puts relations above sales. She stirred me away from a home I had initially planned to put up an offer on after she learned that the developer was tied up in several litigations owing to the poor qualities of his homes.
