I was able to find a great place, and there is no doubt I would recommend her to all my friends and everyone reading this post.
I would like to say that if you want somebody on your side when you’re looking for a new home or place then you don’t need to look any further. I was introduced to Arynne through a friend that had found a place a few years ago. He told me how she walked him through the whole process of searching and selecting what he needed when he initially didn’t have any idea of what buying a place was all about. This was the first time I was going through the process, and I was in the same boat. From our first virtual meeting she was friendly and really tried to get a good idea of the range of places I would be interested in. She consistently sent me listings and set up schedules to see as many places as possible both during the week and weekends. I clearly remember weekends where we saw up to 8 places day, and I noted she realized what things I liked and helped me adjust to a realistic price point, since I have to admit initially I was shooting too high. What impressed me was she was sending me listings and chatting with me between 11pm to 1am after spending a good deal of time with me during the day! I appreciated her effort especially with the housing market being so difficult in the Winter/Spring of 2021. She also had very good and clever recommendation strategies once I was ready to provide offers, and it wasn’t the typical “waive everything” in a sellers market. I felt she went above and beyond and made me feel like was her only client. I was able to find a great place, and there is no doubt I would recommend her to all my friends and everyone reading this post. To this day we still keep in touch and she keeps me apprised of multiple things related to the market and issues occurring in the area. If you want somebody that knows the DMV area, that is savvy, and cares then reach out to her right away!
