From our very first phone conversation, I knew Arynne was an easy going, high caliber agent. As if it was meant to be, I called about a specific property listed on Zillow for which Arynne answered. Willingly and with passion, she provided a wealth of information about the property and shared general real-estate (non-solicited) knowledge to improve my search results. We discussed neighborhood trends, price points, commuting options, walk score ratings, condos vs. co-ops vs. rowhomes, and more. A phone call that was meant to inquire about a property, concluded with me “begging” Arynne to be my agent and help me with the buying process; she won me over, and her ability to connect with me felt sincere-non rushed (huge for me).

From my end, each process leading to obtaining my house keys was seamless; less daunting than anything I had read or expected. I’m an alert person, and so I know customer satisfaction was created through many efforts conducted behind the scenes. She’s awesome!!
Veterans: A challenges we face, is not understanding our benefits clearly enough to know how and when to use them. Although the VA is only a phone call away to help us, working with an agent that understands and is familiar with the VA loan structure goes a long way. Arynne was exceptional at understanding VA Loan requirements & restrictions. Finding property which met VA Loan requirement was how she truly helped me land the place I was looking for – THAT WAS HUGE – definitely thankful.
