I recently sold a place in DC and purchased a home in Arlington, VA and both were done with Arynne’s helped. I met Arynne through a friend that she also helped on his first home purchase. She was friendly and easy going … I made a mental note to reach out to her when I am ready. About a year later I wanted to begin looking for a place and without hesitation Arynne made herself available whenever I need to see a property. We saw many properties and it took me a long time to finally decide, but Arynne hung in there with me. For a while I wasn’t sure if I wanted to sell my place and buy another property or have two properties. I was confused, but she was patient and let me decide and was not pushing me to do one or the other but offered advises. Then the stress begins when I saw my dream home I decided at the last minutes that I want to sell my place in order to purchase the home I just saw. The contingency issues of buying a home and selling a home is a very difficult process. It was not going to be easy and I was a nervous wreck, but Arynne assured me that she will work with me on this transactions. Immediately, she sent me an itemized list (with time-line and all of that!) of what I needed to do from my end and she listed what she will do from her end in order to get this done. This was very helpful to me …to know what my responsibility will be.
Throughout the process she offered useful insights on pre-listing renovations, staging, effective showings, and she proactively facilitated during the sale negotiations and due diligence. All of these tasks were a balancing act and Arynne did it! She was extremely responsive and her service was excellent and timely. I was excited and overjoyed that this worked out and without Arynne’s help I don’t think I will be enjoying my lovely home now. Also, what’s even better was that later I learned Arynne went above and beyond because the previous owner was a difficult person to deal with, but since the law was on our side Arynne and her boss handled that part of it without stressing me out. I highly recommend Arynne if you want someone on your side to help you through this important process. She continues to help me to this day with other services. I can’t thank her enough.
