After buying and selling two houses with dud realtors from big name agencies, her enthusiasm, knowledge, and professionalism she proved there are realtors out there who do know what they are doing. As a buyer’s agent she truly looked out for my financial interests and gave me excellent advice in negotiating the purchase that really saved me money! She also went toe to toe with the finance company keeping them honest and on task and explaining the proper forms and requirements necessary or not needed which ensured the closing happened on-time. Arynne recommended several house inspectors for me to use and the one we used was also the best house inspector I’ve ever used.
