Arynne helped me buy a foreclosed, bank owned property in Washington, DC. The process of buying a bank owned property with an FHA loan can be difficult, to say the least. This was my first time going through this process and it was a good thing I had Arynne as my real estate agent. She held my hand throughout the entire process. She explained everything I needed to know in detail and was always there to answer questions. When it looked like the deal may fall through because of a minor detail regarding paint on the outside of the property, Arynne took it upon herself to paint the areas in question. She literally went out, bought paint and painted. Because of her actions, not only did we close on the house, but she saved me from having to pay a full month’s rent at my old apartment because my 30 days notice had ran out.
