Arynne was able to walk me through some exercises to gain clarity to see what I really wanted which helped narrow down my search. She understood every step of the process and made herself available to explain it to me and walk me through all the hard stuff. Once we were able to find something that I wanted she made it all very clear and connected me with her team of financiers, inspectors, etc. that made my offer look better than the rest and ultimately allowed me to win out of the gate in the bidding process.
