I believe everyone deserves an advocate, whether in real estate or in life. I believe that being part of DC Family Youth Initiative (DCFYI) is an active step in building bridges, connection and community and finding commonality. This is the reason I adore living in DC and why I’m confident that real change is happening and the next generation is going to be even better.

Image Giving BackIt’s not hard; I just show up and do what I can. I’m really good at being a lady boss killah, so I often speak to the teens about monetizing their dreams. I mirror their potential to them as best I can and talk to them about life, experiences, all while having a really awesome time hanging out doing fun stuff like playing laser tag, go kart racing or zip lining to name a few.

The coolest thing about these kids is their eagerness to connect. If you are authentic and share your experience from a heartfelt place and in a judgment free zone, sometimes you get to see them light up, open up, and figure something out. Come hang out with us.
