My team is growing!
Please help me congratulate Raven Shamblin on her newly acquired real estate license!
Raven has been on my team as an assistant since September of last year and is now officially a licensed agent in Maryland! She will be assisting often and also supporting her own clientele. Please read more about Raven below.
We are also adding a new member to The Crane Group’s baby model cast. In September 2021 a new baby will join Mahki in being the face of The Crane Group. That’s right – I’m pregnant and it’s a boy! And if anyone has helpful tips on my recently diagnosed gestational diabetes, I’m all ears.
Helping Others Reach Their Goals – That’s So Raven!
Can you remember the first time you truly felt excited about a job? When you knew you’d found something fulfilling and rewarding; something you wouldn’t dread waking up to do?
I found mine and it’s official: I am a licensed Real Estate Agent in the state of Maryland!
After buying my first home last year and feeling the joy of reaching such an important goal, I began to realize my true desire in life: matching people with their forever home. The feeling of accomplishment, excitement, and happiness that occurs after purchasing your first home is what I want to help others obtain.
What makes me different from others is how well I relate to first time home buyers. I know what questions they have, their hesitations and fears, and I can give them the tools, resources, and guidance to envision and realize the purchase of their dream home. I also have joined The Crane Group; a well-established real estate team whose Principal is a 5 Star rated Agent with 14 years of experience. Having an experienced team to support me and lean on is something most new agents don’t have; if you have a problem (yo) we’ll solve it.
Over the next several months I will share even more about what I love about real estate. I’ll reveal insights and best practices for first time home buyers (for example, is your credit good enough to buy a home – I can provide you with tips to improve it if needed). I’ll also share real life stories (and what I learned from them) as I navigate all the nuances that come with real estate.
I’m genuinely excited to start this new chapter and thrilled to have an experienced team to support me as I embark on this new journey.
